Beyonce has been crowned People magazine's Most Beautiful Woman of 2012 - an honor that makes the superstar and new mom to Blue Ivy feel "crunchy."

"Being named the world's most beautiful woman is really hard to say," Beyonce says in a behind-the-scenes video from her 'Most Beautiful' photo shoot. "It's overwhelming. It makes me feel very crunchy, and that means embasrassed."

In the video, Beyonce also talks about the most beautiful woman in her life, her mother, as well as why she feels more beautiful now that she has become a mother herself.
