(The Weather Channel) -- Although the center of Tropical Storm Debby is stalled over the northeast Gulf of Mexico, its impacts are already widespread over the state of Florida.

Tropical Storm Debby holds steady in the Gulf
Debby is forecast to drift only very slowly north through Sunday, then is expected to turn toward the west. That said, we cannot yet rule out a turn instead toward the east.
