TAMPA (970 WFLA) - Tropical Depression 5 has formed in the Atlantic Ocean.  It's located about 810 miles East of the Windward Islands with 35 mph sustained winds. It's moving West-Northwest at 18 mph.  It could become a Tropical Storm later Wednesday or Thursday.  The center of the cyclone should be near the Windward Islands on Friday. 

A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, St. Lucia, Martinique and Guadeloupe.
