David Letterman gave Justin Bieber a hard time on his show Thursday night - but that's nothing new for Dave. After disapproving of The Biebs' new tat, Dave tells the 18-year-old not to get a mural on his arm and start looking like the Sistine Chapel. Bieber responds by saying he's not going for the "Sixteenth Chapel" look.
